Whip-O-Will Campsites features activities to please everyone’s interests, supplementing the area’s fine attractions with so much to do right here at the campground. We offer a catch and release fishing lake, boat rentals (both rowboats and paddleboats), and acres of woods for long walks and wildlife viewing. A swimming pool and kiddie pool are available for poolside lounging and cool plunges on those warm Summer days. We also offer basketball, horseshoes, bocce, a playground, and miniature golf, along with two rec halls. The main rec hall offers video games, pool tables, a lending library, and a snack bar. Our second rec hall hosts many of the activities and special events that we present throughout the season. These include our 4th of July Parade, Bocce Tournament, Basketball Shoot-Out, Christmas in July, Diving for Dollars, Kids’ Day, our annual BBQ, and Halloween events. The list below presents the full schedule of all that we have planned for throughout the season. Join us … and join in the fun!

April
April 17	Whip-O-Will opens for the season.

May
May 1	Whip-O-Will store opens for the season (with pre-season hours).
May 28 - 31 Memorial Day Weekend (3 day minimum stay)
May 28	Recreation Hall opens for pre-season weekends. Pool opens for the season
May 29	Camp-wide Hayride.
May 30	Season Opener Adult Bingo.

June
June 25	Store and Rec Hall open for summer hours.
June 26	Camp-wide Wiffle Ball Series starts. Saturday Camp-wide Hayrides start.
July
July 2 - 5 Fourth of July Weekend (3 day minimum stay)
July 3	Annual Basketball Shoot-Out.
July 4	Camp-wide Independence Day Parade.
July 7	Wednesday Camp-wide Hayrides start.
July 10	Mini-Golf Tournament. Camp-wide Wiffle Ball Series Game 2.
July 17	Christmas in July Weekend.
July 24	Camp-wide Wiffle Ball Series Game 3. Diving for Silver.
July 31	Annual Fishing Tournament.

August
August 7	Whip-O-Will Walk-Run Race. Whip-O-Will’s Olympic Games of Camp Sports.
August 14	Kids’ Day. Camp-wide Wiffle Ball Series Game 4.
August 21	Annual Horseshoe Contest.
August 28	Camp-wide Wiffle Ball Series Game 5.

September
September 3 - 6 Labor Day Weekend (3 day minimum stay)
September 4	Whip-O-Will Tournament Games. Labor Day Potluck.
September 5	Season Ender Adult Bingo.
September 11	Annual Washer Tournament.
September 18	Whip-O-Will BBQ.
September 25	Halloween at Whip-O-Will. Haunted Hayride. (Rain date: October 2nd.)

October
October 2	Leaf Peeping.
October 8 - 11 Columbus Day Weekend (Camp for 3 nights, pay for 2)
October 9	Camp-wide Thanksgiving Dinner.
October 17	Whip-O-Will closes for the season. We hope to see you next year!
